We had an appointment to get vaccinations for our dog. We were asked to arrive 10 min. early; and we did & saw the Vetco van. We knocked on the door but no one answered. We went inside Petco and an employee pointed to the check in desk in the back. No one was there. Employee arrived later. Intake procedure went smoothly. However, we wished we had known the procedure steps before we arrived. It was a confusing beginning. We weren't the only ones who didn't know what to do. Once we paid for the vaccinations and entered the van things went smoothly. All staff and services were good, but the early confusion was unpleasant. We suggest you explain the check in procedure to new clients either in writing, text or in person before they arrive..

very nice my dog Delilah got her shots she was a little scared, but she managed to break through the vet. Tech were very patient and very knowledgeable. I like how they were in the van that made it very accessible. My mother also thought this it was semi pricey just for a shot, but we managed to really get the money through because it was my favorite dog.

My vets were so friendly and knowledgeable. My sons unexpectedly brought home a barn kitten and I needed to get him seen immediately. I was able to get a next day appointment and they handled all his tests, vaccines, and treatments with ease. And they were so kind to both myself and Vito. Highly recommend!
